FAQ
Questions agencies ask before connecting an account.
Straight answers on access, data, cadence, and what KPIPush does and does not decide.
What is KPIPush?
KPIPush is a read-only reporting service for Google Ads. It reads each connected account once a day and emails a plain-language audit: what changed, what it means, and what to check. It reviews the comparison ladder, budget pacing, search terms, and change history, writes an analyst-style narrative, and gives each search term a verdict. It never changes campaigns, budgets, or settings.
Is KPIPush's access to my Google Ads account read-only?
Yes. KPIPush requests read-only Google Ads scopes through Google's standard OAuth flow. It can read reporting data but cannot create, edit, pause, or delete anything in your account.
Does KPIPush make any changes to my campaigns or budgets?
No. KPIPush only reads. It does not touch campaigns, budgets, keywords, bids, or settings. Every recommendation is yours to apply or ignore.
What Google Ads data does KPIPush read and store?
It reads and stores the data needed to build your reports: account and campaign metadata, performance metrics, conversions by action, search terms and Performance Max categories, budget pacing, and change history. It does not store your Google password; access is handled by OAuth tokens.
How do I connect a Google Ads account?
You grant KPIPush read-only access once through Google's OAuth consent screen. From then on it pulls the account automatically each day. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
How often are reports sent, and when?
One report per connected account, every morning, covering the previous day plus rolling weekly and month-to-date views. Delivery timing can be set to suit your timezone.
Do I get one report per account, or is everything merged?
One report per account. A portfolio of ten accounts is ten focused emails, not one merged dashboard, so each read stays specific to that client.
Does KPIPush cover Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. PMax campaigns appear in the campaign table, and the report surfaces the PMax search-category data that Google exposes, so you can see which queries are driving PMax conversions.
Can I use KPIPush on accounts I co-manage or that another agency also touches?
Yes. Because access is read-only, KPIPush observing an account does not interfere with anyone else's work. The change-history section even attributes edits to the user who made them, which helps on shared accounts.
What does the AI decide, and what does it leave to me?
The AI reads the data and writes the analysis: it separates noise from trends, flags pacing and budget issues, and proposes verdicts on search terms. It does not act. Every change to your Google Ads account is left entirely to you.
What are search-term verdicts?
For each notable search term, KPIPush assigns a verdict, Add as keyword, Exclude, or Watch, with a one-line reason tied to that account. The verdict list is ready to action; KPIPush does not apply the changes itself.
Which ad platforms does KPIPush support?
Google Ads today. That is the platform KPIPush reads and reports on right now.
Can I add teammates or clients to a report?
Yes. Reports can be sent to more than one recipient, so a teammate or a client can be CC'd on the accounts that concern them.
What is the Telegram agent, and is it also read-only?
It is a bot you can message to ask about any connected account in plain language, with answers from live read-only queries. It can also change which accounts KPIPush reports on; those settings changes are previewed and confirmed first, and it never writes to Google Ads.
How do I cancel or disconnect an account?
Revoke KPIPush's access from your Google Account permissions, or ask us to disconnect the account. Revoking stops further data collection, and we remove the stored data for that account within a reasonable period.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. Your Google Ads data is never sold and never shared for advertising. It is used only to produce your reports, in line with the Google API Services Limited Use requirements.
How does the Daily Check Calculator estimate time and cost?
It models the time to review each account by hand once a day: a fixed few minutes per account plus a per-campaign rate that rises with heavier campaign types like Performance Max and Shopping, capped at 60 minutes per account per day. That is multiplied across your accounts and 20 workdays, then compared against about 2 minutes per account per day of reading time with KPIPush. The gap is shown in hours, dollars, and full-time equivalents. Every constant is listed in the calculator's methodology note.
Why does the calculator assume daily checks?
Daily review is the best-practice standard for well-run Google Ads accounts, so the calculator prices the cost of reaching that standard by hand. The hours figure is the same whatever your current cadence; choosing a lower cadence only changes the framing and points out the days each account goes unseen between checks. It never assumes you already spend the full manual number.
Does the calculator use my salary?
No. There is no salary input anywhere. The dollar figure uses one fixed, conservative constant: a $70,000 US digital marketing manager salary across 2,080 work hours a year. That keeps the estimate transparent and comparable rather than tuned to any one team.
