Last updated: 2026-08-09

This Privacy Policy explains how KPIPush Digital LLC (“KPIPush”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the KPIPush service, including the daily reporting service and the Telegram agent. KPIPush is a read-only reporting tool for Google Ads accounts. It does not modify your advertising accounts.

1. Information we access

Google account and Google Ads API data

When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorize KPIPush through Google’s OAuth consent flow. KPIPush requests read-only access. We use the connection to read reporting data from the Google Ads API, such as:

  • Account, campaign, ad group, and campaign setting metadata (names, status, budgets, bidding strategies)
  • Performance metrics (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, and derived figures)
  • Search terms and Performance Max search-category data
  • Conversion actions and conversion counts
  • Change history (what changed in the account and which user made the change)

KPIPush does not request or use write access. It cannot create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, budgets, keywords, or any other resource in your Google Ads account.

Connecting grants read access, but KPIPush reads and stores data only for the accounts you select during onboarding. Accounts you do not select are not read.

The consent flow also requests the standard openid and email scopes. From these we store your Google account identifier (the stable, non-reversible ID Google issues for your account) and your email address. We use them for one purpose: to recognize you as a returning user, so that reconnecting updates your existing KPIPush account instead of creating a duplicate, and so we can reach you about your connection. We do not use them for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose, and we do not share them.

Information you give us

If you request early access or contact us, we collect the email address and any details you provide (for example, roughly how many accounts you manage). If you use the Telegram agent, we process your Telegram user identifier so we can respond to you.

Website analytics

We use Google Tag Manager on this website to load measurement tags, so we can see which pages people visit and where they stop during signup. What those tags collect is ordinary website usage: the page address and title, the referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information, together with an identifier stored in a cookie or in your browser’s local storage that lets a repeat visit be recognized as the same session.

No Google Ads data is ever sent to Google Tag Manager or to any tag it loads. That is a property of how the site is built, not a policy we ask you to take on trust: the pages that display your Google Ads accounts pass nothing to the measurement layer. Account names, customer IDs, spend and performance figures, the accounts you select, and everything you type into the onboarding form stay between your browser and KPIPush. This analytics data is about the use of this website. It is separate from the Google Ads API data described above and is never combined with it.

You can block this entirely with any content blocker or by disabling JavaScript, and the site continues to work. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

2. How we use information

We use Google Ads API data and your account information only to:

  • Generate your daily reports and the analyst audit for each connected account
  • Answer questions you ask the read-only Telegram agent about your accounts
  • Deliver those reports to the recipients you designate
  • Operate, secure, and support the service, and communicate with you about it

3. Google API Services Limited Use

KPIPush’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you give us explicit permission for support, where required by law, or where it is necessary for security or to comply with the policy.

4. What we store, and where

We store the reporting data described above so we can produce your reports and answer queries about recent performance. This data is held in Google Cloud (including BigQuery) and in Neon (managed Postgres, hosted in the United States), both under access controls. We store the report outputs we generate and the email addresses and contact details you provide. We do not store your Google password; authentication is handled by Google’s OAuth, and we hold only the tokens needed to maintain read-only access.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your Google Ads data or your personal information.
  • We do not share your Google Ads data for advertising or with third-party advertisers.
  • We do not use your data to train advertising models or profile you across services.
  • We do not make changes to your Google Ads account.

6. Sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers to run KPIPush. They process data on our behalf under their own terms:

  • Google Cloud Platform (hosting and data storage)
  • Neon (managed Postgres database hosting)
  • Anthropic (AI analysis of advertising data)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Google Workspace (email)
  • Telegram (message delivery)
  • Web3Forms (form handling)
  • Google Tag Manager (website analytics only; it receives no Google Ads API data)

We keep this list minimal and may update it as the service evolves. We will post changes here at least 3 days before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data.

7. Data retention

We retain account and reporting data for as long as your customer account is active or as needed to provide the service. Following a verified deletion request or account closure, we delete or anonymize that data within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, tax, accounting, or legal-claims obligations). Routine backups purge on their own cycle within a defined window.

8. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and the security features of Google Cloud to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to what is needed to operate the service.

9. Your choices and revoking access

You can revoke KPIPush’s access to a Google Ads account at any time from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by asking us to disconnect it. Revoking access stops further data collection. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at info@kpipush.com.

10. Children

KPIPush is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date.

12. Contact and governing law
