These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KPIPush, operated by KPIPush Digital LLC (“KPIPush”, “we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

KPIPush is a read-only reporting service for Google Ads accounts. It reads reporting data from accounts you connect and produces daily reports and a Telegram agent that answers questions about your accounts. KPIPush does not modify your Google Ads accounts.

2. Early access

KPIPush is offered in early access before general availability. The service is provided on a pre-release basis, features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. There is no paid subscription or payment collected through this website at this time; founding-agency pricing is arranged directly.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the authority to connect any Google Ads account you add to KPIPush.
You are responsible for the recipients you designate to receive reports.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law or Google’s terms.

4. Google Ads and third-party services

Your use of Google Ads and the Google Ads API remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. KPIPush relies on Google Cloud, an email delivery provider, and Telegram to operate. We are not responsible for the availability or acts of those third parties.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. KPIPush accesses Google Ads data on a read-only basis and does not sell it.

6. Intellectual property

KPIPush, including the site, report templates, and software, is owned by KPIPush Digital LLC and its licensors. Your account data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reports are informational and depend on data provided by Google, which may be delayed or restated (for example, conversions are preliminary for one to three days). KPIPush does not provide advertising, financial, or legal advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make based on its reports.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPIPush and KPIPush Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service, particularly during early access, with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service develops. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact
